Sea Rush

Species Name: Juncus kraussii

Description: Sea Rush is a common plant of salt marsh. This perennial, tussock grows  to 1.2 metres high with dark green, sharp pointed leaves and small dark brown flowers clustered at the end of stems. Sea Rush is well adapted to live in mangroves as well as brackish marshlands.
