Many animals survive between high and low tide by living under rocks. Leaving rocks overturned will cause these creatures to dry out and die.

When out on a rock-pool ramble, or just checking out some of the amazing animals that live in Barwon Bluff Marine Sanctuary, it is important to remember to turn the rock back so that the animals will survive.
